于放,男,教授,博士生导师。辽宁省教育厅生物科学类教指委委员,辽宁省学位委员会学科评议组成员,中国植物生理与植物分子生物学学会植物代谢专业委员会委员,中国野生植物保护协会科技委专家委员,辽宁省植物生理学会常务理事,《植物研究》核心学术期刊编委,《大连工业大学学报》核心学术期刊编委。1974年5月出生。2005年6月毕业于大连理工大学生物化工专业,博士学位。2005至2013年分别在中科院上海植物生理生态研究所、荷兰Leiden University以及加拿大Brock University从事科研工作,2014年3月至大连工业大学工作被评聘为教授。
1. 主要学术研究方向:
(1) 植物次生代谢途径的调控及解析:利用分子生物学及化学手段完成对植物次生代谢物的合成途径相关基因(代谢途径酶基因、转录因子、以及转运基因等)的克隆及鉴定,进而实现对代谢途径的有效调控。
(2) 植物代谢与现代农业:系统研究农业微生物代谢对植物抗性及生长的调节作用,进而揭示发酵产品作为生物农药/农肥调控植物生长的分子机理,为优化从发酵/生物转化法出发进而高效生产农药/农肥提供必需的理论基础。
(3) 生物催化及酶工程:通过基因挖掘及蛋白质工程获得医药、化学品以及天然产物等所需的重要酶,并通过对宿主细胞的驯化及改造,进而利用微生物发酵/生物转化实现对生物制品的高效生产。
