田晶,博士,二级教授,博士生导师。19663月出生。20017月毕业于大连理工大学化工学院生物化工专业,工学博士学位。中国科学院大连化学物理研究所博士后,日本东北大学客座研究员,美国莱斯大学访问学者。享受国务院特殊津贴专家、辽宁特聘教授、辽宁省百千万人才工程百人层次人选、辽宁省优秀青年骨干教师、大连市领军人才、连续两次被评为大连市优秀专家。20038月被评聘为教授,现任辽宁省发酵工程重点实验室学术带头人。中国色谱学会理事。

1. 主要学术研究方向:生物催化与生物分析,包括:①基于代谢组学的微生物代谢调控机制;② 酶的纳米级固定化新方法及生物新材料的制备;③天然产物中生物活性物质的分离分析及生物转化;④生物催化有机合成及生物催化机理;⑤发酵过程优化及调控。

3. 指导研究生情况:已毕业35名,在读14。其中获得辽宁省优秀毕业生3人次,国家优秀研究生奖学金13人次。

4. 承担科研项目及获奖等情况:主持承担了国家973计划课题“生物催化和生物转化中关键问题的基础研究-生物系统催化的理论与方法(2003CB716003)”、863计划子课题“丝状真菌发酵体系的代谢组学研究(2006AA02Z240)”、国家自然科学基金面上项目“基于有机-无机杂化的多级纳米花状固定化脂肪酶的设计及其催化作用机制(31771914)”及“基于UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MSGC-MS的微生物代谢网络研究(20776029)”、辽宁省自然科学基金重点项目(20170540076)、辽宁省自然科学基金面上项目(2013020167)、辽宁省高等学校优秀人才支持计划(2008RC07)等项目。主持完成的“低糖链大豆皂甙的生物转化”、“B组大豆皂甙的酶水解”及“燕麦β-葡聚糖的高效提取及生物转化”等研究成果获得辽宁省科技进步二等奖2项、中国轻工业联合会科技进步二等奖1项、大连市科技进步一等奖等科技奖励。合作出版专著4部,获得授权发明专利5项。

5.发表论文情况:近几年在国内外学术期刊如Algal Research, Food & FunctionJournal of Chromatography Apolymer chemistry, Journal of Materials Chemistry B, Bioresource Technology, RSC Advances等发表论文50多篇,其中3篇论文被推荐为封面文章。担任Chemical Engineering Journal, RSC Advance, Enzyme and Microbial Technology 等期刊论文审稿人。
