付冬梅，女，副教授，硕士生导师。 1975年12月出生。2005年12月毕业于中国科学院大连化学物理研究所，博士学位。毕业后留在大连化学物理研究所工作，其间2008年在德国环境与健康研究中心做访问学者，2009-2010年在西班牙维吉尼亚大学做博士后，2017年11月调入大连工业大学。
1.主要学术研究方向：中药活性物质的分离与生物转化；发酵产物的分离分析。
2.招收硕士生所在一级学科：轻工技术与工程、生物学、生物与医药。
3.目前承担主要课程：本科生课程《药物分析》、《专业英语与文献检索》，研究生课程《分析仪器使用与维护》。
4.指导硕士研究生情况：已毕业10人，在读7人。
5.主要研究成果：主持国家自然科学基金和“863”项目各1项，辽宁省省级项目2项。发表文章40余篇，其中SCI收录30余篇。授权发明专利10余项，转化2项。
